CrossFit Kids at CrossFit Eclipse is all about helping children build strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a fun, supportive environment. Whether your child is brand new to exercise or already plays sports, our age-based program is designed to help them move better, grow stronger, and enjoy fitness for life.
Each class is led by experienced coaches who know how to make fitness engaging, safe, and age-appropriate. We focus on functional movement, teamwork, and character development—all while having fun and working hard.
Ages 12–15

Our kids’ classes run at the same time as our adult CrossFit classes, so you can get your workout in while your child does theirs.
